FAQ – PSME Summit 2026

1. Who can attend the congress?

Attendance is only available to registered participants. Advance registration and payment of the participation fee are required.

2. Where will the congress be held?

The summit will be held at the Sofitel Warszawa Victoria, ul. Królewska 11, 00-065 Warsaw.

3. Is parking available?

Yes, parking is available on-site. The cost is covered by the participant.

4. Is catering provided?

Yes, the organizer covers the costs of:

a. lunch served in the hotel restaurant,

b. coffee breaks during the summit,

c. participation in the evening Gala.

5. Are accommodations and travel included in the price?

No. Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements.

6. Is there a special hotel offer for participants?

Yes. The Sofitel Victoria Hotel is offering a special rate for summit participants – a dedicated booking link will allow you to reserve a room at the preferential price.

7. Will the summit be interpreted into English?

Yes. All summit sessions will be interpreted simultaneously into English.

8. Can I attend only the evening Gala?

Yes. It is possible to register for only the Gala. To do so, select the “Attend the Gala” option in the registration form.

9. Can companies become summit partners?
